Account holders provide a name, email address, brokerage and contact information, site settings, and content they choose to publish. Visitors may provide contact details and messages through forms, account registration, or property inquiries. We also process service logs needed to operate and secure the platform.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your verified email address, name, and basic profile information with us. We use this information to create or link your opei account and authenticate you. We do not request access to your Gmail, contacts, or Google Drive. You can manage your Google account connections in your Google Account settings.
How information is used and shared
We use information to provide websites, account access, billing, support, and requested communications. We share information with service providers only as needed to run these functions, including hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and Google sign-in. We do not sell personal information. An agent or company using opei can access information submitted to its own website and is responsible for its own use of that information.
Storage, security, and your choices
We apply reasonable safeguards to protect information. We retain it while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and service requirements. You can also stop using Google sign-in by disconnecting opei from your Google Account; contact us if you need help with account access afterward.
